Enjoy Pilates-based strength exercises at a more chill pace. BFORTY TONE is designed to lengthen and tone your muscles while increasing balance and stability. Combining traditional pilates with functional training, challenge your body with standing movements on the Reformer, free weights and pilates ball. Suited to all levels!

BFORTY FLOW

Experience all the benefits of both classical and contemporary Reformer Pilates with our BFORTY FLOW classes. The focus of this class is on learning and progressing through the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. Whether you are a first timer or advanced, there are regressions and progressions to challenge you at an individual level.
