Experience all the benefits of both classical and contemporary Reformer Pilates with our BFORTY FLOW classes. The focus of this class is on learning and progressing through the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. Whether you are a first timer or advanced, there are regressions and progressions to challenge you at an individual level.

Benefits include increased core strength, mobility, balance and overall fitness in a safe and controlled environment. Whether you are using Springboards, rings, pilates ball or boxes, expect a new experience each class which will leave you wanting more!
